BOUNDARIES: Achieving Mental and Emotional Boundaries
Week 1: Awareness and Assessment
Intake questionnaire and 60-minute call to review and customize your program.
Week 2: Creating Boundaries and Rituals

Week 3: Techniques to Process Guilt and other Unwanted Emotions
Week 4: Practice Week- Putting It All Together
**coaching call: 50 minutes**
Results: You’ll have a plan for boundaries (work, home, requests from others), a strategy to reduce stress, and techniques to process uncomfortable emotions that come up.
SUPPORT: Letting Go of Perfectionism and Delegating Effectively
Week 5: Recognizing Patterns
Week 6: Developing Trust and Delegation Skills

Week 7: Embracing Progress Over Perfection
Week 8: Practice Week- Putting it all together

Result: You’ll have specific examples from your own life where you can let go, a list of things to delegate, and who you can bring in for support.
